What is a local rental market comparison?

We review similar properties currently advertised for long-term rent in the local area to provide an indicative rental range for the property. These are advertised asking rents and do not guarantee the rent that will ultimately be achieved.

Investment earning potential

For investment properties, we estimate a potential long-term monthly rental range and use it to calculate indicative gross annual rental income and gross rental yield based on the property’s asking price. These figures are indicative estimates only and are not a guarantee of earnings or investment returns.

Where short-term or holiday rental use is discussed, it is subject to the individual property’s legal, regulatory and community eligibility being independently verified.
